Winemaker's notes:
It is only after several berries’ tasting that we start picking. We take care that they are not picked at over-ripeness.
Harvest begins very early in the morning to preserve all the fruit's aromas.
As soon as grapes are brought in, they macerate in press, releasing the pigments and aromas contained in the grape skin.
Juice is then separated from its solid part (skin, seeds) and can begin fermenting at controlled temperature (18-20°) to preserve maximum aromas.

It is light and salmon-colored, its nose reveals strawberry, cherry and raspberry’s notes.
